Welcome to Sycle. By accessing or using our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Definitions
"Sycle", "we", "us", "our" refers to the Sycle platform and company.
"User", "you", "your" refers to individuals who create accounts and use the Sycle platform.
"Seller" refers to users who list bicycles for sale on the platform.
"Buyer" refers to users who purchase bicycles through the platform.
3. Account Registration
To use the Sycle service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Listing and Selling Bicycles
As a Seller, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the bicycle you are selling
- Set a fair price for your bicycle
- Ensure the bicycle is in the condition described in the listing
- Properly secure the bicycle with the provided QR code and lock system
- Transfer ownership of the bicycle upon successful completion of a sale
5. Buying Bicycles
As a Buyer, you agree to:
- Pay the full amount specified in the listing
- Use the bicycle in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Accept the bicycle in its current condition, subject to it matching the description in the listing
6. Payments and Fees
Sycle charges a service fee for each transaction. The fee amount will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction.
Payments are processed through our secure payment system. Sellers will receive their earnings directly to their designated account after a successful transaction, minus applicable fees.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of content
- Engage in any fraudulent activity
- List stolen bicycles or those with unclear ownership
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SYCLE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SYCLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
